This website is a dedicated online newsletter for Dorcan Old Boys Football Club. It is intended primarily as a one pages CMS site that can be quickly updated from any Internet equiped PC that always visitors to check on the latest news and views from Dorcan Old Boys Football Club without having to negotiate mutliply menus. The clubs main, more indepth website can still be found at http://www.dobfc.co.uk/ and the club's complete history in stats can be found at http://www.simple-stats.info/
Any club member wishing to contribute articles can easily from most PCs by having a log-in and password which can be obtained from the administrator - who happens to be me! |

General Football
May 17th - West Bromwich Albion lose 2-0 at home to Liverpool and are relegated back the Championship. Torquay United return to the football league winning the Blue Square Premier League promotion play off at Wembley 2-0 versus Cambridge United. In Scotland Glasgow Celtic dominate Hibernian but draw 0-0 and leave cross city rivals Rangers in the driving seat.
May 16th - Manchester United clinch the Premiership title by drawing with Arsenal at Old Trafford. At the bottom Newcastle United slip up at home to Fulham and with one game remaining must rely on other teams to save them.

Congratulations to Richard and Cleo who are now the proud parents of Toby born on May 17th 2009.
Both mum and son are doing fine but we don't know about Bertie yet
